Biography
Having trained at Guys Hospital, London, Gursh has completed a two-year training program with the Royal College of Surgeons in Restorative Dentistry. His active role in continuing his studies has kept him abreast of the latest advances in the dental field. Deeply committed to continuing education, Dr Bajwa constantly enhances his knowledge by participating in courses throughout the world.

In the important areas of orthodontics, he has been responsible for numerous treatments since 2003 when he started with fixed braces under the guidance of an orthodontist in the Midlands. He has completed further training in post-graduate courses in Orthodontics with Dr Derek Mahony, an internationally recognised practicing orthodontic consultant renowned for developing dental treatments as part of complete face enhancement.

Gursh has completed a one-year residency program with Dr Mahony in Passive Self Ligating Fixed Orthodontic Appliances as well as Dr Mahony’s three-year Master’s program in Full Face Orthodontics. This is currently being converted to a MClinDent in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics with the BPP university in London. Gursh also completed a residency at Dr Mahony’s orthodontic practice in Sydney in Dec 2010 where he was exposed to over one hundred patients per working day. He has also completed training with Dr Ian Hutchinson – an orthodontist who focuses on lingual braces and has completed numerous Invisalign, Lingual and 6 Month Braces cases.

Gursh visits other countries on a regular basis to gain experience in the latest techniques, as well as attending courses in the UK. He frequently takes part in study groups throughout the West Midlands.

Gursh welcomes referrals from his colleagues for orthodontic treatment.

Biography
Since graduation from University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2002, Faresh has continued to pursue further training and education, holding a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons and a Diploma in Implant Dentistry with Advanced Certificate in Bone Grafting from the Royal College of Surgeons.

As a co-principle of multiple practices, he has experience in surgical and restorative implantology, sinus augmentation, block bone augmentation and GBR, as well as extensive experience in I.V sedation.

His commitment to the profession is shown by the numerous national and international courses he has attended in Cosmetic, Restorative and Implant dentistry. Faresh has been placing and restoring implants since 2004 and has a wealth of experience in restorative dentistry and dental implantology with a special interest in full arch rehabilitation.

Faresh is also a co – principal of Ascent Dental Care, a small group of private dental practices in the Midlands.

Dr. Naresh joined Ascent Dental Care in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in Oral Surgery, Dental Implantology, Sedation Dentistry, and Restorative Dentistry. With dual undergraduate degrees in Pharmacology and Dentistry, he is committed to continual professional development, enhancing his skills through advanced postgraduate studies.

Dr. Naresh has undergone extensive training at the Aspire Dental Academy, focusing on Advanced Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry as well as Advanced Endodontics. Biography

Jesal was born in Leicester and grew up in Loughborough. In 2007 Jesal accepted an offer to study in the sunny town of Dundee, Scotland.

Jesal has a keen interest in Root Canal Treatments, he enjoys them so much that he is currently undertaking a masters degree (Endodontics MSc) in Root Canal Treatments.

He always strives to deliver high quality patient care with the aid of magnification and treats his endodontic (root canal) patients using a state of the art dental microscope. Jesal also accepts referrals from local general dentists for all aspects of endodontic treatment.

Jesal also enjoys many other aspects of dentistry especially white fillings, veneers, crowns and teeth whitening.

Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in general dentistry, combining clinical expertise with a warm, approachable manner. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience in community and undergraduate teaching, which helped shape the calm, caring approach that her patients value today.

Patient care is always at the heart of Sarah’s practice. She takes a holistic approach, using the latest technologies to provide high-quality, personalised treatment. A good listener, Sarah takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable throughout their dental journey.

Alongside general dentistry, Sarah has a particular interest in dentures, children’s dental health, teeth whitening, and white fillings. Arjun cares about providing high-quality, modern and comfortable dentistry for every patient he meets. His work spans a wide range of cosmetic, restorative and surgical procedures, allowing his patients to smile confidently, enjoy their favourite foods and feel at ease during visits to the dentist.

At King’s College London Dental Institute, Arjun distinguished himself as President of the King’s College London Dental Society and received multiple accolades, including a prestigious Dental Industry Award.

After graduating, Arjun gained extensive experience working at renowned specialist centres, treating oral cancer, major trauma and severely anxious patients at the Royal London Hospital and Ipswich Hospital. His contributions to peer-reviewed publications, research and conference presentations shaped his compassionate and patient-centred approach to patient care.

In 2023, Arjun was awarded a Chief Dental Officer’s Clinical Fellowship by the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. As one of only six dentists selected nationally, he collaborated with healthcare leaders to develop strategies for enhancing the quality of patient care across the UK.

Arjun is dedicated to continuing his professional development. Biography

Dr. Crystal Marruganti is a highly accomplished and internationally recognized expert in Periodontology. After qualifying in Dentistry from the University of Florence in 2020, she went on to further her expertise with advanced clinical and research training in Periodontology at the University of Siena.

Dr. Marruganti also gained valuable experience at renowned institutions like the University of Bern and University College London, focusing on the connections between periodontitis, lifestyle, and systemic diseases, as well as managing periodontal and peri-implant conditions.

Her academic career includes being a research fellow at the University of Pisa (2021-2022) and later joining the Unit of Periodontology at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. Dr. Marruganti has published over 50 articles in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, and serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Osseointegration and the Journal of Periodontal Research. She is also a reviewer for leading Periodontology and Implant Dentistry journals.

Izzie was born and raised in Gloucester, where her career in dentistry first began. She qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2017 after completing the National Diploma in Dental Nursing. Inspired to develop her skills further, she moved to London to study at Eastman Dental Hospital, graduating with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene in 2019 and a Diploma in Dental Therapy in 2020.
