We pride ourselves on building long-standing relationships with our referring partners. Our clinical team adheres to a strict Code of Ethics to maintain trust and respect with each referring practitioner and their practice. We guarantee that every single patient will be returned to you to continue their long-term care – no exceptions, no compromises.
Communication is key at Ascent Dental Care and we ensure all referring practitioners are fully informed of their patient’s treatment journey and will receive regular correspondence and updates from our clinicians throughout the patient’s treatment with us.
We welcome your active participation in your patient’s treatment and would be delighted for referring dentists to accompany their patients to the practice for the initial consultation, or to observe treatment sessions if appropriate.
The initial consultation will be at no cost and no obligation to your patient.
Our approach to your patient’s care will be transparent and comprehensive.
Your patients will be treated with care, dignity and respect.
All patients will receive a detailed written treatment plan, outlining options, risks & benefits along with a transparent fee structure.
We will keep you informed of your patient’s progress during treatment. On completion of treatment the patient will be returned to your care.
Under no circumstances will Ascent Dental Care register your patients for routine dental care.
